The Triangle is Curaçao’s newest high-tech office complex, providing 1,900 m² of prestigious E-Zone and regular office space for lease, as well as a data center. The complex consists of two renovated monumental buildings, The Villa and The Club House, and one newly constructed glass building, The Green House.
The Triangle offers an all-inclusive, hassle-free concept so tenants can concentrate on their business. It is designed as one of Curaçao’s more environmentally friendly workspaces, with an array of 70 solar panels on the roof of the glass building, rainwater collection for irrigation in two large tanks beneath the monument, and a paper, plastic and aluminum recycling program throughout the offices. LED lighting is used wherever possible, and existing lights are continuously being converted to improve energy efficiency.
The fully inclusive package includes electricity, including air conditioning, basic shared 6 MB internet access throughout the complex, daily basic cleaning, and maintenance for items such as light bulbs, air conditioning, the elevator and gardening. It also includes security, secured parking, and a central receptionist for handling mail and visitors.
Tenants may use the common meeting rooms, four in total: one boardroom in The Club House, two adjacent to the patio, and one in The Green House.
