Morabesa Resort is a small-scale new-build development in the centrally located residential neighborhood of Toni Kunchi. The project consists of eight modern apartments in two two-story buildings. This first-floor apartment offers approximately 93 m² of living space, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, and a covered private terrace. The apartment is accessible via an external concrete staircase with handrails. The living and dining area opens onto a modern kitchen with an island and a quartz countertop. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, combination microwave oven, electric cooktop, extractor hood, dishwasher and sink with an integrated garbage disposal. A hallway leads to the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Both bathrooms will be fully finished with modern fixtures, including a shower, washbasin and wall-mounted toilet with a concealed cistern. A separate storage and laundry room has connections for a washing machine. The covered private terrace provides outdoor space to relax and enjoy Curaçao’s tropical climate. The apartments will be built using 8-inch building blocks, with concrete floors and a fully concrete roof structure. The interior will have 80 x 80 cm ceramic floor tiles, modern bathroom tiles and smoothly finished walls. Aluminum windows and doors will be finished in anthracite grey (RAL 7024). The apartment will also have air conditioning in all rooms, modern electrical installations and individual water and electricity meters. Morabesa Resort is being developed on approximately 1,020 m² of freehold land. The complex will have a shared swimming pool with a sun terrace, tropical plants and landscaped greenery, as well as landscaped walkways and paved parking spaces. A perimeter fence and remotely operated electric entrance gate will enclose the grounds. Each apartment comes with one parking space. The apartment is offered as apartment ownership on freehold land and will be delivered move-in ready. It is suitable for personal use, permanent residence, long-term rental or vacation rental. Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2028. The resort is on Kaya Papachi Sutherland in Toni Kunchi. Willemstad and other parts of the island are easily accessible, while supermarkets, shops, schools and restaurants are a short drive away.
