New-construction lots are offered in Scherpenheuvel. Separate lots are sold out, including lots 1 through 16. All other lots will be sold and built by the developer at a later stage. The future bungalow has an approximate living area of 195 m² on an owned-property lot of varying size. Lots start from 400 m². The house will have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private swimming pool. Included are opening aluminium windows, non-solid wood interior doors, porcelain floor and wall tiles from the developer's assortment, electrical wiring for 110V and/or 220V, internet and TV wiring, and plumbing including a toilet, sink and rain shower. Hot and cold water pipes are included in the kitchen and showers. The lot will be closed on three sides with four rows of blocks and open at the front. Pavers are included at the front door. Excluded are exterior wall decoration, the pool deck, landscaping, a palapa, the kitchen to be selected and purchased by the buyer, built-in wardrobes, interior and exterior lighting fixtures, air conditioners and air-conditioning preparation, boiler or water heaters, and shower screens. Additional work can be requested, such as a 220V installation, air-conditioning preparation and a paved parking area. The Aqualectra water and electricity connection must be requested by the buyer after deed transfer, together with the required inspection card. This process can take several months.
