If you signed up for Merkado using Facebook Login, Google Login, or email, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
When you request data deletion, we will remove:
Aggregated (sourced) listings that were not posted by you are not part of your account data. Anonymized analytics about platform use may be retained. Limited payment, promotion, and audit records may also be retained where reasonably needed for transaction support, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, or dispute resolution; direct personal identifiers are removed where possible. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Send an email to info@merkado.cw with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Merkado account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can also remove Merkado from your Facebook settings:
To also delete the data stored on Merkado's servers, please follow Option 1 above.
You can delete individual listings yourself anytime from Account → My Listings. You can delete a Property Match saved search from Account → Property Match. For full account deletion, use the email request above.

Once your data has been deleted, we will send a confirmation email to the email address associated with your account.
